Venture ships via USPS, FedEx and UPS.



At Venture, we value your satisfaction and want to ensure your shopping experience is hassle-free. Please take a moment to review our return policy to understand your rights and responsibilities when making a return.

Eligibility for Returns

We gladly accept returns on most of our products within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  1. Unworn and Unwashed: The item must be in its original condition, free from any signs of wear or washing.

  2. Original Tags: All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and undamaged.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns on the following items:

  • Preorder Items: Items marked as "preorder" are specially ordered for you and cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Made to Order Items: Customized or made-to-order products are crafted specifically to your specifications and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at Andy@venturemotorwearco.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  2. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package you are returning.

  3. Pack the item securely, ensuring it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of product defects or shipping errors on our part.

Processing Your Return

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If the item qualifies, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
